The second equation is a translation of the first one:


(x,y)\rightarrow((x-2),(y+3))

So if the maximum point of the first equation is (-5,7), then the maximum of the translated equation is:


(-5,7)\rightarrow((-5-2),(7+3))

The maximum is (-7, 10)
