The expression is given as ;

((3)/(x^3))^(-2)

From the expression , you notice that the rules to use in re-writing the expression are:

i) a negative power

ii) A power to a power

So this can be written as

\lbrack((3))/((x^(-3)))\rbrack^(-2)

Appy power to power rule by product of the exponents to get;

\frac{(3)^(-2)}{(x^(-3))^(-2)^{}}

(3^(-2))/(x^6)

Answer

D. Negative power and power to a power
