First, we need to graph the line x = -3, which is a line parallel to the x-axis that passes through the point (0, -3)

Then, we need to find the distance from each point to this line (see values in green). The distance from the reflected point to the line must be the same as the original.

The y-coordinates of each point are conserved.

The reflected points are:

P'(-4, 3)

Q'(-8, 4)

R'(-7,-1)
