The slope of a line m can be found by using

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

You can use any two points on the graph

Let us use points (0, -1), (4, 2)

\begin{gathered} x_1=0 \\ x_2=4 \\ y_1=-1 \\ y_2=2 \end{gathered}

Substitute them in the rule

\begin{gathered} m=(2-(-1))/(4-0) \\ m=(2+1)/(4) \\ m=(3)/(4) \end{gathered}

The slope is 3/4
