The ratio given in the question is

Three pounds of cheese to 8 pizzas, or better put,

3 : 8

To complete the table;

\begin{gathered} (3)/(8)=(18)/(x) \\ \text{Cross multiply and you have;} \\ x=(18*8)/(3) \\ x=48 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} (3)/(8)=(22.5)/(y) \\ Cross\text{ multiply and you have;} \\ y=(22.5*8)/(3) \\ y=60 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} (3)/(8)=(27)/(z) \\ \text{Cross multiply and you have;} \\ z=(8*27)/(3) \\ z=72 \end{gathered}

The figures to complete the table are derived as, 48, 60 and 72
