AB and A'B' have the same length and are parallel

Therefore the answer is C.

This comes from the fact when we rotate a point 180 degrees the sign of the coordinates change.

Look at the lines below. The green line is the original one, if we rotate 180 degrees about the origin the signs of the endpoints change and we get the blue line. From this we see that the length is the same and that the lines are parallel.
