SOLUTION

We want to solve for x in

-2x+3b>5

This becomes

\begin{gathered} -2x+3b>5 \\ -2x>5-3b \\ \text{divide both sides by -2, and the inequality reverses, we have } \\ (-2x)/(-2)<(5-3b)/(-2) \\ x<(5-3b)/(-2) \end{gathered}

Hence the answer is

x<(5-3b)/(-2)
