First we make the relation between values

an object whose mass is 10 kg and weight is 20 N

and an object whose mass is 6 kg and the weight the missing value X

\begin{gathered} 10\longrightarrow20 \\ 6\longrightarrow x \end{gathered}

now we can use cross multiplication to find the value of x

x is the multiplication of the diagonal numbers (6 and 20) dividing between 10

\begin{gathered} x=(6*20)/(10) \\ \\ x=12 \end{gathered}

the weight of the object is 12N
