To complete the table for y we need to use the function rule given. This means that for a given value of x we plug it in the expression given to find the value of y.

First we have that x=-5, then we have:

\begin{gathered} y=-10(-5)+3 \\ y=50+3 \\ y=53 \end{gathered}

Then for x=-5 the value of y=53.

For x=-1, we have:

\begin{gathered} y=-10(-1)+3 \\ y=10+3 \\ y=13 \end{gathered}

Then for x=-1 the value of y=13.

For x=0, we have:

\begin{gathered} y=-10(0)+3 \\ y=0+3 \\ y=3 \end{gathered}

Then for x=0 the value of y=3.

For x=1, we have:

\begin{gathered} y=-10(1)+3 \\ y=-10+3 \\ y=-7 \end{gathered}

Then for x=1 the value of y=-7.

With all of this result we have that the table is:
