Since A ( -7,6), C (-3,3), D(5, -3), F(13, -9) we can replace these values in the slope formula, as:

\begin{gathered} \frac{y2-y1_{}}{x2-x1}=(6-3)/(-7-(-3))\text{ for segment AC} \\ \frac{y2-y1_{}}{x2-x1}=(-3-(-9))/(5-13)\text{ for segment DF} \\ \text{Therefore }(6-3)/(-7-(-3))=(-3-(-9))/(5-13) \\ \text{Answer is: Option B} \end{gathered}
