The perimeter of a rectangle is given by the following formula:

P = 2w+ 2l

Where w is the width and l is the length of the figure.

The area of a rectangle is given by the following formula:

A = w×l

By replacing 18.2 for l and 5.6 for w, we get:

P = 2×5.6 + 2×18.2 = 47.6

A = 5.6×18.2 = 101.92
