slope: 1/2

y int: 1

equation: y=1/2x + 1

Explanation:

first you look at the graph and see how many times the table goes up by, the y goes up by 2 and the x goes up by 1 and since it is rise over run (x being run and y being rise) your slope is 1/2.

The y intercept is easy, you always start at 0 and see where the y starts with the 0 and since the 1 is underneath the 0 your y intercept is 1.

The equation is simple add al your parts together. Your slope (make sure to put an x right next to it) and your y intercept: ex. y=3x + 2
