We have the following:

let x be a root and y the other root would be:

\begin{gathered} x+y=(14)/(3) \\ x\cdot y=-4\rightarrow x=-(4)/(y) \\ -(4)/(y)+y=(14)/(3) \\ y=5.4 \\ x=-(4)/(5.4)=0.74 \\ x=-0.74 \end{gathered}

cheking:

\begin{gathered} 5.4-0.74=4.66\cong(14)/(3) \\ 5.4\cdot-0.74=3.996\cong-4 \end{gathered}
