The volume of a rectangular prism is given as:

V=lwh

where l is the length, w is the width and h is the height. Plugging the values given we have:

5760=8\cdot36\cdot h

Solving for h we have:

h=(5760)/(8\cdot36)=(5760)/(288)=20

Therefore the height is 20 meters.
