We have the following:

\begin{gathered} -x+y=-14\rightarrow y=-14+x \\ 2x-3y=33 \end{gathered}

solving by substitution:

\begin{gathered} 12x-3\cdot(-14+x)=33 \\ 2x+42-3x=33 \\ -x=33-42 \\ -x=-9 \\ x=9 \end{gathered}

now, for y:

\begin{gathered} y=-14+9 \\ y=-5 \end{gathered}

therefore the answer is that x is equal to 9 and y is equal to -5, (9, -5)
