Okay you can set them equal to each other...

5.) y = x^2-7x+4; y = x-3
x-3 = x^2-7x+4
x^2-8x+4 = 0
(x-1) (x-7)
x = 1, 7

6.) y = x^2-5x+10; y = 2x^2-6x+4
x^2-5x+10 = 2x^2-6x+4
x^2-x-6 = 0
(x-3)(x+2)
x = 3, -2
