we have the function

f(x)=(1)/(2)x+8

Make a table

For each value of x, substitute in the given function to obtain the value of f(x)

For x=0

f(x)=(1)/(2)(0)+8=8

For x=1

f(x)=(1)/(2)(1)+8=(17)/(2)

For x=2

f(x)=(1)/(2)(2)+8=9

For x=3

f(x)=(1)/(2)(3)+8=(19)/(2)

For x=4

f(x)=(1)/(2)(4)+8=10

For x=5

f(x)=(1)/(2)(5)+8=(21)/(2)

For x=6

f(x)=(1)/(2)(6)+8=11
