Lets find out,

The slope parallel to 9x+3y=6:-

m = - 3

Substituting,

m = - 3 \\ x = 5 \: \: \: into \\ y = 3

So,

y = mx + b

= > 3 = - 3 * 5 + b

= > 3 = - 15 + b

= > 3 + 15 = b

= > 18 = b

Substitute,

m = - 3 \\ b = 18

Use,

y = mx + b

= > y = - 3x + 18

Now rewrite y= -3x+18 in slope intercept form,
