area = 138 m²

Explanation:

radius of large circle = 12 m

radius of small circle = 10 m

large circle area = πr² = (3.14)(12²) = 452.16 m²

small circle area = πr² = (3.14)(10²) =314 m²

452.16 - 314 = 138.16 m²
