Suppose the claim you are testing is the null hypothesis. When you get to Step 4, you make the decision to reject the null hypothesis. How would you summarize your results in Step 5?

When we reject the null hypothesis, it means that our p-value is less than or equal to our significance level, and so the data favours our alternative hypothesis.

In other words, our results are statistically significant. Since the claim we are testing is the null hypothesis and we rejected it, then we have enough evidence to reject the claim, so the answer is the first option.
