The rule of the speed is

s=(d)/(t)

d is the distance

t is the time

Since you took 45 seconds to go to the science class, then

t = 45 sec

Since the distance from the social studies class is 90 meters, then

d = 90 m

Substitute them in the rule above to find your speed

\begin{gathered} s=(90)/(45) \\ s=2\text{ m/sec} \end{gathered}

Your speed is 2 m per sec
