A change in temperature will affect the equilibrium state of a reaction. For example,

The position of equilibrium will move to the right if we increase temperature. More A and B are converted into C and D at the lower temperature. Increasing the temperature of a system in dynamic equilibrium favours the endothermic reaction.

Therefore the statement is true.
