a) the multiplicity of x=3, or (x-3), is 2. That means, this zero repeats twice.

b) one of the roots is x=3, not x=-3

c) odd function: f(-x)=-f(x)

f(-x) = (-x-1)^2(-x-3)^2

(x^2 + 2x + 1 ) (x^2 +6x +9)

-f(x)=-(x-1)^2(x-3)^2

=-(x^2-2x+1)(x^2-6x+9)

f(-x) is not equal as -f(x)

d) If we graph the function, we will see that it range is y>0

For this reasion, statement A is true.
