Lets first find the average per day of toys, we know that in 5 days they can produce 400 toys, so the average will be:

\text{Average}_{\text{day}}=(400)/(5)=80

So, per day they produce , in average, 80 toys. Lets find the average per hour in a day, as we know that they work 8 hours per day:

\text{Average}_{\text{hour}}=(80)/(8)=10

So, in a hour we have 10 toys, finally lets find the average per person per hour, knowing that we have five workers:

\text{Average}_{\text{person}}=(10)/(5)=\text{ 2}

We find that the average of toys that a worker produces in an hour is 2 toys.
