We will have the following:

We will have that atomic masses are transformed in a linear manner, and the convertion factor is:


(1u)/(1.6605402\cdot10^(-24)kg)

Now, here "u" is the atomic mass:

And in order to transform a given atomic mass we multiply by the atomic mass by the convertion factor.
