The total cost of one dozen sports jackets will be

950*12=11400

The total cost of two dozen sports pants will be

1200*24=28800

The total cost of the entire purchase is

11400+28800=40200

now, the discount given on the total transaction will be

\text{Discount}=\text{40200}*0.2=8040

So, the total net price to the dealer will be

40200-8040=32160

Therefore, the total net price is 32160 pesos.
