Simplify the square root of 100 to the 6th power

\begin{gathered} (\sqrt[]{100})^6 \\ =10^6 \\ =1,000,000 \end{gathered}

The answer is 1,000,000

The square root of a number can also be expressed as that number to the power of 1/2. That is square root of 100, is equivalent to 100 raised to the power of 1/2. Therefore;

\begin{gathered} (\sqrt[]{100})^6 \\ =(100^{(1)/(2)})^6 \end{gathered}
