summing the lengths of all sides to get the perimeter, we have, 3x+7 = 70,

3x = 63

x= 63/3 =21 in

the length of the longest side is 10 + 21 =31 in

the length of the medium side is 21 in

the length of the shortest side is 21 - 3 =18 in

The perimeter of a triangle is 70 in. the longest side is 10 in. longer than the medium-example-1
