we know that

When rotating a point 180 degrees counterclockwise about the origin our point A(x,y) becomes A'(-x,-y)

so

the rule is

(x,y) -----------> (-x,-y)

Applying the rule of the rotation to the given figure

we have the following coordinates

A(1,5) -----------> A'(-1,-5)

B(4,8) ---------> B'(-4,-8)

C(7,7) --------> C'(-7,-7)

D(7,5) ------> D'(-7,-5)

E(5,3) ------> E'(-5,-3)

using a graphing tool

Draw the image of the rotated figure

see the attached figure
