Let's begin by listing out the information given to us:

Each person (e) = 2.5 square feet

Length of auditorium = 150 feet

Width of auditorium = 240 feet

To get the number of people in the auditorium, we will have to calculate for the area of the auditorium

Formula for area is length multipled by width

A = L * W = 150 * 240

A = 36,000 square feet

To get the average number of people in the auditorium, we will divide the area of the auditorium by the space each person occupies, we have:

n = A ÷ e = 36000 ÷ 2.5

n = 14,400

There are about 14,400 people in attendance at the concert
