Simplify means use Bodmass rule and solve the problem.

First you need to solve the brackets.

The first bracket is (6+3) which will be solved as (9).

The second bracket is (10-7) which will be solved as (3)

Now 9 and 3 will be multiplied to get 9x3=27.

Hence the answer is 27.

Mathematically it is written as follows:

(6+3)\text{.}(10-7)=9.3=27
