The equation to graph is:


y=-(5)/(9)x+2

We start from y intercept, which is y.

So, we start from the point (0,2).

The slope of (-5/9) means we go 5 units in y direction [negative direction since negative five] and then 9 units in x direction >>> FROM (0,2)

So, the next point becomes:

(0 + 9, 2 - 5)

(9, -3)

Now, we have 2 points:

(0,2) and (9,-3) >>> with these 2 points we can connect and draw a straight line.
