SOLUTION

The formula for the surface area(A) of the cuboid is,

A=2(lw+lh+hw)

The formula for the volume (V) of a cuboid is,

V=\text{lwh}

Where,

\begin{gathered} l=6.2m \\ w=4m \\ h=2m \end{gathered}

Therefore, calculating the surface area and the volume of the cuboid.

\begin{gathered} A=2(6.2*4+6.2*2+2*4)=2(24.8+12.4+8)=2(45.2)=90.4m^2 \\ \therefore A=90.4m^2 \end{gathered}
V=6.2*4*2=49.6m^3

Hence, the surface area to volume ratio of the cuboid is

(90.4m^2)/(49.6m^3)=(113)/(62)=113\colon62

Hence, the answer is

113\colon62
