After observing the ordered pairs given, the answer is

B. (1, 3)

Reason:

It is not possible to draw a function with two identical values of x.

As you can see, Grace, we already have the ordered pair (1, -2), therefore a second value of x, using the same value (1) is not possible within the same function.
