Given:

cost of family-size pizza with only cheese = $9.99

Each additional toppings costs = $0.90

Tax on pizza = 6%

delivery fee = $150

Susan orders a family-size pizza with 3 extra toppings

The total cost of her order is the sum of the pizza, the toppings , tax and delivery fee

First let's us find the cost of the pizza plus the toppings:

\begin{gathered} =\text{ 9.99 +}0.90\text{ }*\text{ 3} \\ =\text{ \$ 12.69} \end{gathered}

Next, we add the tax:

\begin{gathered} =\text{ 12.69 + 6\% }*\text{ 12.69} \\ =\text{ \$13.4514} \end{gathered}

Finally, we add the delivery fee:

\begin{gathered} =\text{ 13.4514 + 1.50} \\ =\text{ \$14.9514} \end{gathered}

Hence, the total cost is:

\begin{gathered} =\text{ 14.9514} \\ \approx\text{ \$14.95} \end{gathered}

Answer: $14.95
