From the question we were told that:

We are to find each probability as a fraction (in simplest form), decimal, and percentage. P(not a perfect square)

Perfect square = 1, 4, 9, 16, 25, 36, 49, 64

Probability of not a perfect square is 1 - probability of a perfect square.

Probability of a perfect square is = 8/72

Probability of not a perfect square = 1 - 8/72

Probability of not a perfect square = 64/72

Probability of not a perfect square = 16/18

Probability of not a perfect square = 8/9 (fraction)

Probability of not a perfect square = 0.89 (decimal)

Probability of not a perfect square = 88.89% (percentage)
