This means the point lies on x = -10 and y = 0

When this point is plotted on a cartesian plane or a graph, the point is shown below;

We can see from the plot above that the point (-10,0) is lying directly on the negative x-axis.

Therefore, the point is found on the x-axis.

The correct answer is option B
