The function to be graph is


y=-(2)/(3)x-3

The function above is a linear equation, to graph this kind of function you only need to know two points and draw a line that goes through them

Let's use the cases in which x=1 and x=0, for simplicity


\begin{gathered} x=1 \\ \Rightarrow y=-(2)/(3)(1)-3=-(2)/(3)-(9)/(3)=-(11)/(3) \\ (1,-(11)/(3)) \\ x=0 \\ \Rightarrow y=-(2)/(3)(0)-3=-3 \\ (0,-3) \end{gathered}
