One of the laws of exponents is expressed as

a^b / a^c = a^(b - c)

By applying this law to the given expression, it becoms

50/25 * s^(1 - 0) * t^(2 - 3)

= 2* s^0 * t^- 1

s^0 = 1

Thus, it becomes

2t^-1

Another law is expressed as

a^(- 1) = 1/a

Thus, t ^ - 1 = 1/t

The final expression is

2 * 1/t

= 2/t
