Here we have the following function:


f(x)=\begin{cases}-5x+3,\text{ if }x\leq2 \\ x-4,\text{ if }x>2\end{cases}

We're going to graph the function first.

If x is less or equal than 2, the function will be the line -5x+3. This line has a slope equal to -5 and a y-intercept equal to 3.
