Mutation can occur when there is an alteration of the sequence of DNA. These can happen when there are errors during the replication of DNA and not corrected in due time. Exposure to certain chemicals can lead to mutation These are called as mutagens. Exposure to UV radiation can cause mutation because of the formation of mutagenic DNA lesions induced by its exposure.

Standing infront of a microwave while it is on does not cause mutation. But chronic microwave radiation exposure can induce DNA damage.

Answer - D. Standing in font of a microwave while it's on
