From the given expression

3(a-2)^2-(2-a)

Now,

Expand the above expression:

\begin{gathered} 3(a-2)^2-(2-a)=3(a^2-4a+4)-(2-a) \\ =3a^2-12a+12-2+a \\ =3a^2-11a+10 \end{gathered}

Then,

3a^2-11a+10=(3a-5)(a-2)

Hence, the answer is (3a - 5)(a - 2)
