Given that each bag of candy contains 16 candy bars and 90 children were to be hosted then the product of the number of bags to be bought by Jeremy must be greater than or equal to 90.

Given that the number of bags is c then

16 * c ⩾ 90

Divide both sides by 16

c ⩾ 90/16

c ⩾ 5.625
