According to the zero property of exponents, any number raised to the power of zero always equals to 1. This means that

\begin{gathered} n^0=1 \\ -y^0=-1 \\ (-(1)/(3))^0=1 \end{gathered}

Similarly,

\begin{gathered} -((2)/(3))^0=-1 \\ -8^0=-1 \\ (-8)^0=1 \\ 25^0=1 \end{gathered}

On the other hand, by the negative rule for exponents given by

x^(-n)=(1)/(x^n)

we have

\begin{gathered} 2^(-3)=(1)/(2^3)=(1)/(8) \\ \text{and} \\ 5^(-1)=(1)/(5) \end{gathered}

So, the expressions that have values between 0 and 1 are:

\begin{gathered} 2^(-3) \\ \text{and} \\ 5^(-1) \end{gathered}

which correspond to options e and f.
