\text{Slope=}\frac{\text{rise}}{\text{run}}
\begin{gathered} \text{rise}=-4-0 \\ \text{rise}=-4 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{run}=-2-4 \\ \text{run}=-6 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{Slope=}(-4)/(-6) \\ \text{Slope=}(2)/(3) \end{gathered}
