We have the next inequality

2x-3>(2x-5)/(2)

First, we will multiply both sides by 2

2(2x-3)>(2)/(2)(2x-5)
4x-6>2x-5

We subtract on bot sides 2x

4x-6-2x>2x-2x-5
2x-6>-5

then we add 6 on both sides

2x-6+6>-5+6
2x>1

then we divide between 2 on both sides

(2)/(2)x>(1)/(2)
x>(1)/(2)

ANSWER

x>(1/2)

the correct choice is second
