The expression for the mid point of the given two point is :

\text{ Mid Point(x,y) : x=}(x_1+x_2)/(2)\text{ \& y=}(y_1+y_2)/(2)

We have two coordinates (-5,9) and (5,5)

Substitute them in the expression of mid point an solve

\begin{gathered} \text{ Mid Point(x,y) : x=}(x_1+x_2)/(2)\text{ \& y=}(y_1+y_2)/(2) \\ We\text{ have (-5,9) \& (5,5) } \\ So,x_1=-5,x_2=5,y_1=9,y_2=5_{} \\ x=(-5+5)/(2) \\ x=0 \\ y=(9+5)/(2) \\ y=(14)/(2) \\ y=7 \\ So\text{ the Mid point(x,y) = (0,7)} \end{gathered}

The graph will be :
