I have no idea how to solve this: y=mx+bsolve for m

y=mx+b

Solve for m:

Subtract b from both sides of the equation:

y-b= mx+b-b

y-b= mx

Divide both sides by x

(y-b)/x = mx/x

m= (y-b) /x
