GIven:

4x-(41)/(6)y^6-z=(1)/(6)y^6-z

Use additive cancelleation property then:

4x-(41)/(6)y^6=(1)/(6)y^6

So simplify :

\begin{gathered} 4x-(41)/(6)y^6-(1)/(6)y^6=0 \\ 4x-(42)/(6)y^6=0 \\ 4x-(7*6)/(6)y^6=0 \\ 4x-7y^6=0 \end{gathered}

The quantity is 6.
