first we find the percent of the correct questions

30 questions ---> 100%

24 questions ---> x

\begin{gathered} 30* x=24*100 \\ 30x=2400 \\ (30x)/(30)=(2400)/(30) \\ x=80 \end{gathered}

Payton get 80 percent, therefore Payton don't get an A on this math test
